Mariëlla: Executive Director

Classified as an E.C.E. 3. Mariëlla has been at PNCC since September 2019 and in Early Learning and Child Care since 1990.
She has been on the Manitoba Child Care Association’s Ethics Committee since 2008 and MCCA Board of Directors & Public Policy and Professionalism Committee since 2022. Previously she had volunteered on the Conference and School Age Committees for a number of years.
Mariëlla is on the program advisory committee with MITT and is a Registered Circle of Security Parent Facilitator and member of the C.O.S. Community of Practice for Leaders through New Directions. She is passionate about Reconnecting Children with Nature and Inclusive Practice.
